FAQ's

Q. How does your AlarmWatch system connect to our security system? 

A. We are able to do this either by landline or normal telephone line, GPRS (Cellular) modem or via IP interface. 

Q. How much is your AlarmWatch service?

A. Our charges start from $20 plus GST per month for 'Activation Only"'. All monitoring charges are payable in advance. 

Q. How much will it cost to get connected to your AlarmWatch system. 

A. Nothing*, however we believe that a full service and test of your system is a good way to get started. The charges for this will vary depending on your system but will start from $99.00 plus GST. You may also need to purchase equipment or have your system reconfigured and charges will apply. 

Q. Is there a minimum term and is there a contract cancelation period? 

A. There is a 3 month minimum term. If Conbrio Security has provided any free monitoring or free connection then a minimum term of 12 months applies and we reserve the right to charge for any those services. 1 months notice is required to cancel our monitoring service and a labour and travel charge may apply to have our technicians attend to any site where we are required to disconnect the system.

You will need to have access to the programming codes (installer codes) of your alarm panel and your system needs to be in good working order.

Monitoring

Conbrio Security can handle the monitoring of your alarm. 24hours a day, 7days a week.  As soon as your alarm goes off we are notified and can respond however you want.  We can even get a guard sent round to inspect the premises to check if there are any intruders.  We also provide an iPhone application so you can keep track of if the alarm is set, who has set it and when.  You can even remotely set your alarm if you wish.

Monitoring starts from as little as $1 a day.  If you have multiple sites then talk to us and we can put together a deal covering all your sites.
